If your order arrives damaged, follow these steps:
• Report Damage: Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• Package Damage: Note any visible damage when accepting the package and mention the issue when signing for it (e.g., "damaged package," "crushed box," etc.). Take photos of the damage.
• Content Issues: For missing or damaged items inside the package, take photos of the issue and contact our Client Services Team.
• Multiple Shipments: If you ordered multiple items, they might arrive separately.
