We at Notxce want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Exchanges and Returns:

• We do not accept cancellations or exchanges once your order has been confirmed.

• We do not accept changes in order details such as size or color differences after confirmation.

• Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the product delivered is different from what you ordered or if it is defective.

• In cases where the product is out of stock, we may inform you of a return instead of an exchange.

• For exchanges and returns, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days, the item will no longer be eligible for exchange or return.

• Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Products with the following conditions are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • The item has been damaged or scratched by the customer.

  • The item has been used or washed.

  • The bag, tags, or accessories included with the product are missing.

  • The item was purchased from another store.

Return Process:

To qualify for a return, items must be in the unused condition you received them in, including all original packaging. Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you about the status of your refund.

Exchange: We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, visit our Notxce Returns Center. Items must be in the same condition as when purchased, as outlined in our Return Policy.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
