Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday) following the date of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays enter the queue on the next business day.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Peak Season Advisory

Processing and shipping times may be extended during periods of high demand, including holidays and promotional events.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders ship at no additional cost.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties, which are the customer's responsibility. Delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control.

At Notxce, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the guidelines below for exchanges and returns.

Exchange and Return Guidelines

Return Process

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and update you on the status of your refund.

Exchange: We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of purchase. To begin an exchange, visit our Notxce Returns Center. Items must be in the same condition as when purchased, in line with our Return Policy.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirming its status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
