Reservation Policy


Your reservation is secured under a unique Reservation ID within our production system. You are responsible for staying current with updates sent to your email and reflected in your Balance Portal.


1) Reservation Security

A reservation confirms your place in a limited production release. Your Reservation ID is the identifier used to track your pair through each phase.


2) Cancellations Before Production

If your pair has not entered production, you may cancel at any time. Your deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.


3) Once Production Begins

When your pair enters production, your deposit becomes non-refundable. At this stage, materials and production capacity are allocated specifically to your reservation.


4) Balance Window

Once your pair is ready for fulfillment, you will receive a balance request and a 7-day balance window. During this window, your pair is held in priority status for final confirmation.


5) Missed Deadline and Extensions

If the balance is not completed within the 7-day window, priority status may be removed and your reservation may be placed on hold or prepared for release. Extensions are not automatic and must be requested through customer service. Approval is discretionary and depends on timing and production capacity.


6) Reservation Release

If the balance remains incomplete after the final window, including any approved extension, the reservation may be formally released and the production slot may return to public availability.


7) Voucher in Place of Store Credit

If a reservation is released after production has begun, the original deposit will be preserved as a single-use voucher equal to your deposit amount, valid for 12 months. If store credit functionality becomes available, Oulari may issue store credit instead at its discretion.
