SHIPPING POLICY:

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1 - 5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date the order was placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method: We ship all orders using USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email along with shipment confirmation.

Peak Times: Please note that processing and shipping times may be delayed during peak times such as holidays or special promotions.

Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties fees which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Refunds: We accept returns for items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
