Reservation Policy

Your reservation is secured under a unique Reservation ID within our production system. You're responsible for staying current with updates sent to your email, and can check your reservation status at any time using your email address and Reservation ID.

1) Reservation Security

A reservation confirms your place in a limited or made-to-order production release. Your Reservation ID is used to track your order through each phase of production.

2) Deposit

A deposit secures your reservation — a percentage of the item's full price, shown clearly on the product page before you check out. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit reflects production capacity, materials, and manufacturing time committed on your behalf the moment your reservation is placed.

3) Remaining Balance

Once your item's production begins, you'll be notified and able to complete your remaining balance. Unless a specific deadline is communicated to you for your order, there is no fixed window by which the balance must be completed.

4) No Automatic Charges

Your remaining balance is never charged automatically. You will always be notified before any additional payment is requested, and the amount due will always be made clear in advance.

5) Checking Your Reservation

You can check your reservation status — including your remaining balance and current production stage — at any time using your email address and Reservation ID, provided in your confirmation.

6) Timeline

Production and fulfillment timelines vary by item and are communicated as clearly as possible at each stage. Reservation items generally take longer to arrive than in-stock purchases, since they are made to order rather than shipped from existing inventory.

When a product page displays an expected availability month (for example, “Available December 2026”), that date reflects our current production estimate — not a guaranteed ship date. It does not shorten or fix a deadline for your remaining balance beyond what's stated in Section 3, and displaying it never authorizes any charge on its own.
