Pre-Order Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

Payment: Pre-orders require full payment at the time of order. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Cancellations: Pre-orders may be cancelled by contacting us before production begins. Once production is underway, cancellations are not permitted.
Availability: Pre-order allocation is limited per size and release. Once a size's allocation is fully claimed, it is no longer available to reserve until a future release.
Returns: Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective.
Manufacturing Time: Manufacturing typically takes 8–13 weeks from the estimated ship date shown on the product page at the time of purchase. These are estimates and may be subject to delay.
Shipping: Once we receive items from our production partners, shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout. These are estimates and may be subject to delay.
